"I will listen to what you want to achieve from the workouts, and we will together set measureable goals for you.  Then I will design a program customized for you to ensure that you will reach those goals, by a specific date.  I will keep you accountable.  I will push you a little bit harder at each workout, but never over the edge.  In the end, you will reach the goal we set.

Despite the images you might have of a Boot Camp drill instructor, my training style is actually nothing like that.  I believe in positive encouragement, and my general demeanor is calm but firm.  I've even been known to smile occasionally!

In my 20+ years of experience in the field, I have worked with a wide variety of clients, of every age and ability level.  I've trained clients who have almost every issue, condition, or limitation you can imagine.  And yet, I have been able to help them achieve more than they ever thought was possible.  There is always a work-around, and no matter how hopeless you may feel, I know I can help you achieve your goals.

I take a holistic view of fitness.  Its not all weights, or all yoga, or all running. Most programs must include a balance of strength training, conditioning, flexibility work, and nutritional guidance.
