Nicole's transformation has been nothing short of amazing, and speaks volumes about her self discipline and the effectiveness of our Boot Camp. Her journey began as a contestant in our Spring 2007 Shape Up Sarasota Fat Loss Challenge. Although she didn't win, after only 10 weeks, her results were very impressive. She was able to lose 11 lbs. while gaining 3 lbs. of muscle. Eight weeks later, thanks to her hard work in our Summer Boot Camp, she dropped another 5lbs. of flab. She continued to attend every session in our Fall Beach Body Boot Camp and follow the workouts JD provided. In the course of 7 months, Scott lost almost 50 lbs., along with 5 1/2" off his waist. He simultaneously gained 5 lbs. of muscle, He opted to compete in our Shape Up Sarasota Fat Loss Challenge for the last 3 months of his training, which motivated him to get the last 15 lbs. off on schedule. His effort earned him a first place finish in the Men's Division of the contest.

Most teenage boys seek my assistance to get bigger; Evan was just the opposite. Like myself, Evan had always been a chubby kid, and he was tired of it.
